3 U’s To Maintain Boundaries and Balance In Your Life

Hey, Y’all!

I know we’re dealing with a lot. Last year is still hanging in the balance, and we are doing our best to stay in a positive headspace.

Take it one day at a time.

Stay positive.

Give yourself some grace.

Practice kindness.

Show compassion.

Below are 3 tips I created to help stay grounded.

I hope they help you as much as they’ve helped me.

I call them the 3 U’s To Maintain Balance & Boundaries In Your Life:

1. Understand. Understand your need and don’t be afraid to speak up about it. Your voice should be heard, especially in your circle.

2. Utilize. Utilize the resources around you that will help you heal not hurt your healing. Realize who and what triggers versus benefits your mental health.

3. Uplift. Uplift others as you uplift yourself. It’s a process that we shouldn’t do alone. When we pour into others, we refuel ourselves. But, make sure you’re not operating on empty.

Know that it’s okay to not be okay!
