Happy Thursday. The weekend is upon us. I hope everyone is well.
What are your plans for the weekend?
Whatever you do, make sure to use wisdom and practice safety.
One thing I love doing on weekends is practice self-care.
It makes me a better person, but, it also makes me a better wife, mother, friend, boss, sibling, daughter, and all the other hats I wear.
Taking time out to make sure we are good, requires effort–intention. It’s a choice we must make even when we don’t think we have enough time.
Self-care isn’t something we should neglect. It’s not selfish, so why not embrace it?
Listed below are 5 tips I use to practice self-care regularly. I even started a live segment on my Instagram page @thekekechanel to help others find their routine and connect with like-minded individuals.
